Sherry Scott is truly a blessing to so many families. From fostering to adoption, she has always made the process as smooth as possible while taking everyone’s feelings into consideration. Most importantly, she always puts the child’s best interests first.
My husband and I adopted four children with Sherry’s help, and I honestly don't know how we could have done it without her. She goes above and beyond for every family she meets, whether they are part of her agency or not. She supports foster families and always has the childs best interest.
One moment I will never forget was when I was at the hospital trying to bring our son home. The proper paperwork had not been sent by a county social worker and the hospital would not let me leave with him. I was overwhelmed and upset, so I called Sherry. She immediately dropped everything, came to the hospital, and got everything straightened out. She even drove me home because she knew how emotional I was.
That is just who Sherry is. She doesn't just do her job — she truly cares. She gives her time, her heart, and her support to the children and families she serves. Our family will forever be grateful for everything she has done for us and for helping us become a family!
