1. Have the ability to love, understand, provide for, accept and support a child who cannot be cared for by a biological parent and/or family member.
2. Be in good physical and mental health to ensure you can meet the needs of children who are placed in your home.
3. Have your own income source that meets your expenses.
4. May be married, single, separated, divorced or same-sex couple.
